Thickness Planer

Thickness Planer belongs to woodworking machinery. It consists of a base, a frame, a motor, a belt drive, a worktable and a roller, a speed reduction and chain drive, a planning table and a planer spindle, a guide shaft, and a backstop shaft. The worktable adjustment mechanism is composed of a base, a guide cylinder, a lead screw, a worm gear, a hand wheel, a lifting nut, and a sprocket chain. The four corners of the worktable rise and fall synchronously. The fixed adjustment mechanism of the planer is installed in the three upper grooves of the main shaft by a pressing strip, a compression screw and an adjustment screw, and the adjustment is convenient, reliable, and high-precision. The workbench has front and rear supports, which is easy to use. It can be widely used in press planning processing of wood products.

The Thickness Planer is used to plan boards and squares to obtain precise thickness. The planer shaft of the single-sided woodworking press planer makes a rotating cutting motion. The four rollers located above and below the wood make the wood feed and pass the shaft along the worktable. The double-sided woodworking planer is processed by two cutter shafts at the same time. According to the different arrangement of the cutter shafts, it can plan two opposite sides or two adjacent sides of the workpiece. The three-sided woodworking planer uses three spindles to simultaneously plan three sides of the workpiece. The four-sided wood planer utilizes 4 to 8 spindles to simultaneously plan the four sides of the workpiece, which has high productivity and is suitable for mass production.
