The Surface Planer is used to plan a datum plane or two orthogonal planes of the workpiece. The electric motor drives the planer shaft to rotate at a high speed through the belt, and the workpiece is pressed by the hand to feed the planer shaft along the guide plate close to the front table. The front worktable is lower than the rear worktable, and the height is adjustable. The height difference is the thickness of the planning layer. Adjusting the guide plate can change the processing width and angle of the workpiece. The flat planer is mainly used for the processing of the spliced surface of the board.
Surface Planer maintenance
1. Clean the inside and outside of the machine.
2. Check whether the tool installation is firm and reliable.
3. Check whether the electrical switches and circuits are normal or not damaged.
4. Check whether the positioning bracket is loose.
5. Check whether the motor is running normally, whether there is vibration or abnormal noise.
Surface Planer: It can ensure that the processed surface of the wool is processed into a flat surface. Make the processed surface the reference plane required by the subsequent process. It is also possible to plan a certain angle between the reference surface and its adjacent surface, and the processing of the adjacent surface can be used as an auxiliary reference surface.
Press planer: The single-sided press planer is used to plan the opposite surface of the workpiece surface that has been processed by the planer, and cut the square material and plate into a certain thickness. The double-sided planer is used to process the corresponding two sides of the workpiece at the same time.
