3. The amount of hot melt glue applied should be based on the slight extruding of the glue outside the glued parts. If it is too large, there will be a black line at the edge of the seal, which will affect the appearance: too small, and the bonding strength is not enough.
4. The indoor temperature during processing should not be too low. Generally, it should be above 15 degrees Celsius, especially when the edge band is thick, the flexibility will be insufficient.
5. The quality of the edge-banding strip affects the edge-sealing effect. Products sealed with good-quality edge-banding tapes have tight edges, while products sealed with poor-quality edge-banding strips have large gaps at the edge of the product, and there is a clear black line. .
6. For manufacturers who use the edge banding machine without front milling cutter device, the cutting quality of the semi-finished products to be banded also affects the edge banding effect.
7. Since the edge band is slightly longer than the workpiece, when the pressing roller presses the extended part of the edge band, a force perpendicular to the feeding direction is applied to the edge band.
