Thickness Planer belongs to woodworking machinery. It consists of a base, a frame, a motor, a belt drive, a worktable and a roller, a speed reduction and chain drive, a planning table and a planer spindle, a guide shaft, and a backstop shaft. The worktable adjustment mechanism is composed of a base, a guide cylinder, a lead screw, a worm gear, a hand wheel, a lifting nut, and a sprocket chain. The four corners of the worktable rise and fall synchronously. The fixed adjustment mechanism of the planer is installed in the three upper grooves of the main shaft by a pressing strip, a compression screw and an adjustment screw, and the adjustment is convenient, reliable, and high-precision. According to the different arrangement of the cutter shafts, it can plan two opposite sides or two adjacent sides of the workpiece.
