Precise Panel Saw Instruction:
During the working process, the plate should be close to the block and cannot be moved. Adjust the cutting speed according to the thickness and hardness of the plate, and advance the machine at a constant speed, not too fast or too violently. When cutting small materials, use wooden slats to press and advance. Operators must wear a mask and no long hair. Do not use your hand to pick up objects next to the rotating saw blade. If necessary, use other long auxiliary materials to push it away before picking it up. If the edges and corners of the cut sheet are defective, consider replacing the saw blade. After the cutting task is completed, turn off the power of the Sliding Table Saw, and complete the 5S of the saw table and its surroundings. Regularly inject oil into the parts of the fuselage that need to be lubricated to ensure stable and quiet operation of the equipment.
