What are the factors that affect the effect of CNC panel saw?

There are three main factors that affect the cutting effect of the CNC panel saw: whether the guide rail and the sawing car are running smoothly, and whether the large and small saw blades are in the same straight line.
1. The guide rails of CNC panel saw are usually round and square. The guide rail, as the name implies, plays an important guiding role. The balance and straightness of the CNC panel saw running on the guide rail are all determined by the guide rail. Only the guide rail is hard and flat enough to ensure the straightness of the sawn plate. When the hardness of the sliding table saw guide, itself is not enough, there may be the influence of small details such as the gap of the guide device to make it deform, which directly affects the accuracy of cutting.
2. The CNC panel saw adopts imported rack and pinion method, the surface is high-precision grinding, the transmission is stable and durable, and the heavy-duty frame is not deformed for a long time after failure treatment, and the body is stable. The running stability of the CNC panel saw is very important. Pay attention to the shaft of the CNC panel saw. As long as the guide rail problem is eliminated, check the wear status of the copper wheel. Once the copper wheel is found to be of different degrees of wear, then the CNC panel saw will be affected and the cutting effect will be affected.
3. Observe whether the large and small saw blades of the CNC panel saw are in the same straight line. When the sliding table saw is working, the small saw opens the way, and the large saw cuts. If the two saw blades are not in the same position and the cuts are inconsistent, the cutting results can be imagined. And know. When installing the saw blade, keep the shaft, chuck and flange clean. The inner diameter of the flange is consistent with the inner diameter of the saw blade. Ensure that the flange and the saw blade are tightly combined. Install the positioning pin and tighten the nut. The size of the flange should be appropriate, and the outer diameter should not be less than 1/3 of the diameter of the saw blade. Check whether the saw blade is damaged, whether the tooth profile is complete, whether the saw board is smooth and clean, and whether there are other abnormal phenomena to ensure safe use.
4. Before officially starting work, a comprehensive inspection of the CNC panel saw must be carried out. Check whether the link bolts of each part of the cutting machine are loose, check whether the driving device of the cutting machine is running smoothly, and check the cutting. Whether the buttons of the machine are normal, in addition, check whether the lubrication system, pneumatic system and various safety systems of the cutting machine are in good condition. When these have been checked, there is no problem before normal startup operation can be carried out.
