The main switch is not activated, the main switch “I”, the circuit is interrupted or a certain phase is interrupted, wait for the circuit to recover, or find out the cause of the power failure, and eliminate it, such as a blown fuse.
The overload protection trips, and the thermal relay has not cooled down and cannot be reset. Solve the problem of machine overload in time, and wait for the thermal relay to cool down.
The end of the movable table exceeds the middle of the saw blade, and the cutting length is not enough. Pull the movable table back to the front end of the middle of the saw blade.
When the emergency switch is pressed, the emergency switch turns to the right and returns to its original position.
The front guard of the saw blade or the back door of the machine is not closed. Please close the door and cover the guard.
The fuse of the control current circuit is burned out. At this time, you can open the electrical box (turn off the main switch before) to find out which of F1, F2, F3 is damaged. Find out the cause, eliminate the fault, and then replace the blown fuse. Note that only the fuse with the same load can be used.
One or several phase power supply is interrupted, for example, because the fuse is blown, remove the cause of the phase relay and restart the machine.
Because the saw blade is too blunt or the sawing speed is too fast, the overload protection trips, replace the saw blade or reduce the sawing speed, wait for the thermal relay to cool down, and then restart.
The fuse of the control current circuit is damaged, open the electrical box (turn off the main switch before), and find out which of the fuse F1, F2, F3 is damaged. Find out the cause, eliminate the fault, and then replace the blown fuse. Note that only the fuse with the same load can be used.
2. The sliding table saw motor is rotating, but the workpiece does not move
The saw blade is blunt, and the splitting blade does not match the saw blade. Install a new saw blade and replace it with a suitable split blade. The thickness of the split blade is slightly narrower than that of the main saw blade.
3. The width of the workpiece after sliding table saw sawing does not match the width adjusted on the parallel baffle. The scale of the sawing width is shifted. Readjust the scale, saw a piece of workpiece on the parallel baffle, measure the sawing width, and then The scale on the aluminum scale is adjusted to this size.
4. Unstable operation of the sliding table saw swing arm
The telescopic arm or guide wheel is dirty, clean the telescopic arm and guide wheel.
5. The sliding table saw movable workbench is off-track or the end of the workbench is high, and the lower guide wheel is installed improperly. Adjust the guide wheel of the movable workbench.
6. Both sides of the sliding table saw saw blade are burnt
The free sawing adjustment is not enough, the workpiece is stuck in the master, the operation is wrong, adjust the free sawing, change to a thicker cutting knife, the workpiece is pushed forward either to the left or to the right. Use a movable table for sawing, don’t lean against the parallel baffle.
7. There are burnt marks after the workpiece is sawed by sliding table saw. It may be that the saw blade is too blunt, and the saw blade has too many saw teeth. At this time, the saw blade can be updated. For free sawing errors, please adjust the free sawing.
8. Stubble (with slot saw), the slot saw and the main saw are not in the same line, adjust the center line again, the slot saw blade is too narrow, adjust the width of the saw blade.
