The solution to the large deviation of the front and back sides when the CNC router machine is working

In the custom production process of furniture, it is usually found that the positions of the front and rear grooves are inconsistent after processing using the CNC router machine, which leads to the poor installation of the cabinets we make and the skew is not standard. What causes this? Let’s analyze:

Generally speaking, there are several reasons:

1. The workpiece coordinates are not accurate. This is the more common solution: just reset the workpiece coordinates of the X and Y axes of CNC router machine, provided that the diagonal and positioning cylinders have been adjusted, or are not equal to the white tone.

2. The spindle offset is incorrect. Improper cuts and other spindle offsets of CNC router machine will cause misalignment. Typically, there is an overall offset of notches and punches in this case. When only the front side is machined, the slotting and punching positions are also wrong, rather than a simple positive and negative machining deviation. This usually happens on multi-process cutting machines. Solution: Adjust the spindle offset, and drill multiple spindles in sequence at the same position to determine the deviation value.

3. The diagonal is not accurate. It goes without saying that diagonal lines of CNC router machine are important for opening lines. If the diagonal error of the hole saw is too large, the front hole and front groove will be very accurate, and the deviation of the rear hole and front groove will be larger. Solution: Adjust the diagonal. The diagonal error of the 1200*2400mm large plate is not more than 0.5mm.

4. Find the cause of the damage to the oil cylinder. The front and rear positioning cylinders of the CNC router machine cannot form an included angle of 90 degrees, and they cannot be aligned when placing the plate. This situation has little effect on single-sided processing, but has a fatal impact on turnover processing. Solution: Adjust the positioning cylinder. You can use the straight line of the spindle to test that the positioning cylinder is in line. The premise is that the diagonal must be adjusted well, otherwise it will be white.

5. CNC router machine clearance is too large. If the error is too large during the operation of the machine, it will also lead to inaccurate position of a single hole. Solution: Adjust the rack clearance, reducer clearance, and replace the slider.
