Noise mechanism of precision panel saw
1. Mechanism vibration noise
Structural vibration noise is mainly composed of the following four parts
a.The vibration generated when the main saw blade and the blessing saw blade rotate, the rotating shaft usually has a certain eccentricity between the center of mass and the rotating shaft due to uneven material, defects of the blank, heat treatment deformation, processing or assembly errors, etc. Centrifugal inertial forces are generated when the shaft rotates, causing it to vibrate and make noise.
b.Noise generated by contact between mechanical parts, and noise generated by contact interaction between solids.
c.Noise is generated in the process of force transmission. In addition to the noise caused by friction, rolling and impact in the transmission of force, the uneven transmission of force will also make mechanical parts vibrate and generate noise.

2. Aerodynamic noise
The generation of aerodynamic noise is mainly due to the formation of a flow field in the area around the saw blade when it rotates, and the interaction between the saw blade and the saw blade itself in the flow situation. When the flow speed changes, the air flow around the saw blade and the saw tooth will produce turbulent flow, eddy current and other phenomena, which will cause the gas to vibrate, thereby forming aerodynamic noise. The aerodynamic noise emitted by the rotating circular saw blade has a single source at the same time, so the aerodynamic noise emitted by the saw blade in the rotating clock is the result of the simultaneous action of different sources of energy, so it is a complex process.

3. Ways to reduce the noise of precision panel saw
The noise emitted by the precision panel saw during idle operation mainly includes structural vibration noise and aerodynamic noise. The mechanisms of the two are completely different, so reducing the no-load noise must start from these two aspects.
Structural vibration and noise are caused by factors such as the imbalance of the main saw blade system, the misalignment of the main shaft, and the looseness of the bearing. Therefore, it is undoubtedly beneficial to ensure the concentricity of the main shaft, the assembly quality of the main shaft bearing, and to keep the main saw blade in balance. Measures to reduce noise, in addition, the sharpening of the saw blades must also ensure the balance of the saw blade, which can lead to the increase of the exciting force of the saw blade during rotation and increase the vibration noise.

Aerodynamic noise is due to the formation of a flow field in the surrounding area of ​​the main saw blade when it rotates at a high speed. The interaction between the sawtooth and the main saw blade in the flow situation results in a wave force field, which produces aerodynamic noise.
